Need to return and replace both water heaters on 9/18 first thing 830 am
Service call on 09/03/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling indoor unit is running checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked blower measured supply and return air no DT checked outdoor unit is not running checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps the voltage absorption system was well below spec so I suggested replacing now to unit start working and suggested the additional the additional hard start kit to ease the electrical strain on the compressor and the other electrical device in outdoor unit plus it lowers energy consumption I gave quote for customer accepted I wired it in with a new dual run capacitor tested start up and unit began operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag measured supply and return air temp measured pressure and temp and they are ideal indicating zero leaks measured subcooling and superheat unit operating normal at this time. Collected $449.65 for repair the voltage absorption system with booster and $50.15
When I arrived I conduct a maintenance inspection on units no loose connectors no loose wires filter was changed before servicing customer charge filter. Clean coils;Remove dust and dirt and debris from unit. delta T 61 return 72 Customer would like me to come back to her less maintenance inspection for the year in December.
When I arrived I checked heat pump unit air handler noticed coils was dirty on the next visit will be ready to get coils clean also I noticed condensation line need a repair the repair was taken care of also customer signed up for year membership for next tuneup Will be 8/28/19 between 10 AM and 2 PM System is running good delta T 51° return 74 customer will order there own specialty filters
